摘要:近年来,我国通用航空业发展迅速。通用航空产业的发展离不开标准化,但通用航空标准制定相对滞后。在航空油料质量控制方面,通用航空与运输航空有较大差异,标准不能共用。民航局本着既要借鉴运输航空经验,又要区别于运输航空的原则,不断推进通用航空油料质量控制标准化。2020年1月21日,民航局适航司以红头文件形式发布了《通用航空油料质量控制和航空器加油技术规范》,进一步完善了通用航空油料质量控制规范,包括简化油罐清洗要求,减少检验要求, 强化避免加错油的措施,细化取样要求,增加储存油罐类型、留样数量和桶装燃料的要求等。建议在进一步修订完善的基础上,以民航行业标准的形式发布该规范。

Interpretation of Specifications for the Quality Control of General Aviation Oil

Abstract: In recent years, China's general aviation industry has developed rapidly. The development of general aviation industry is inseparable from standardization, but the formulation of general aviation standards is relatively backward. In terms of aviation oil quality control, general aviation and transportation aviation are quite different, and the standards cannot be shared. The standards should not only learn from the experience of transportation aviation, but also be different from transportation aviation. CAAC constantly promotes the standardization of general aviation oil quality control. On January 21, 2020, CAAC issued the Technical Specification for Quality Control of General Aviation Oil and Aircraft Refueling, which has improved the quality control of general aviation oil by simplifying the requirements for tank cleaning, reducing the test requirements, strengthening the measures to avoid adding wrong oil, detailing the sampling requirements, and increasing the requirements for storage tank type, sample quantity and barreled fuel. It provides the suggestion that the code be issued in the form of civil aviation industry standard on the basis of further revision and improvement.
